| The objects of this study were to design and develop a web-based decision support system for real estate planning which can enable home buyers, sellers, owners and renters to retrieve Real estate information, and plan for deciding their Real estate such Home, Land, Condominium, Apartment. Moreover, this system also had a decision support system for real estate planning that users can know information of area such as School, Amenities (Food Restaurant, Bank, and Market), Culture by connecting with Geographic Information Systems of Google mapsBangkok was selected as a case study for the system. The system used internet technology such as web application which is a front-end system. The system interfaces were designed and developed by PHP as script language, MySQL (Database), JavaScript and Using Google Maps API which is an open code for Map Mash-up in the display geographic information.The system used100examples by this group examples are divided into two categories:(1) Real estates for sale include townhouse for sale, land for sale, and condo for sale.(2)Real estates for rent include townhouse for rent, land for rent, and condo for rent.
