Design And Partial Realization Of Digital Shenyang Geospatial Framework

Geographic information is based on geo-spatial information in the information age which plays an important role in sustainable economic development, government scientific decision-making, production and living needs of the community. Shenyang is located in the center of the Northeast Asian economic zone and Bohai economic circle, which is a primary industrial base in our country and the political, economic, cultural, transportation and trade center in the northeast region, has an important strategic position. Construction of digital geospatial framework is of great importance to the modern information technology and industrial construction of Shenyang.This article made a deep analysis in comprehensive application of spatial information in Shenyang, based on studying the status of research and construction of digital city. According the existed issues, launched geo-spatial framework research of digital Shenyang,and designed the overall frame and support system of the spatial information platform, studied the standards, mechanisms and techniques of digital Shenyang geospatial framework. The main research contents include:Firstly, analyzed the current situation of information technology of Shenyang, launched the requirements analysis of the construction of digital Shenyang, on this basis, and designed the overall framework of geo-spatial framework of Digital Shenyang.Secondly, in view of the current situation of the existing fundamental geographical data of Shenyang, the basic geographic data types and the main contents of the construction of the basic geographical information data of digital Shenyang are analyzed and designed. The geographic information standard frame of integrated application system and the integrated application of GIS in Shenyang actual geographic information classification system are also proposed.Thirdly, in view of the spatial information platform construction in Shenyang for three major categories of users (professional user, government user and public client), the design of geographic information public service platform has been carried out based on the analysis of the needs of digital geospatial information platform construction situation.Fourthly, on the basis of the above research, the techniques of "ArcGIS","Flex" and ".NET" are integrated to construct Shenyang Geospatial Achievements Inquire Management System(SYGeoGISWeb) and therefore to realize the co-construction and sharing of geographic information.
