RFID technology is the focus research at present, RFID applied to the manufacturing industry can increase production efficiency, improve costs and strengthen enterprise management, the production data of the various types of products is very important to the enterprises, which requires us to constantly improve the quality of the data collection in the production, designs the information management system with the enterprise characteristics, establishes a fast operation management system, in order to improve the redundant processes and operating without any value in the production processes, to realize the maximize corporate profits and benefits. There are many important technologies involved in RPID systems, such as anti-collision algorithm which can achieve multi-target recognition, solving the problem of tag and reader collisions, and the security encryption mechanism which can verify the legitimate information of the user.RFID is used in various fields, in this paper, we outlined the principle of the RFID data acquisition system, and designed a tire production data acquisition program based on RFID through the analysis of existing manufacturing mode, achieved the entire process information collection including planning, production, processing, storage, a library and so on.RFID technology has brought a lot of convenience for people’s daily life,but it also brings some problems, several collision problems in RFID systems are summarized in the article, we have proposed an improved anti-collision algorithm,and have the analysis and simulation done.RFID data collection system can give the enterprises benefits, but its potential safety problems can’t be ignored, this paper analyzes the security of the RFID system, summarized the common security attacks and security mechanisms.
