This paper researches on the problem of information security risk assessment. Due to the reason that information security risk factors is difficult to obtain and the characteristics of uncertainty, but in view of the advantage of the Bayesian Network, particularly Dynamic Bayesian Network in processing indefinite information, this paper put forward information security risk assessment model based on discrete dynamic Bayesian network, the main work accomplished and the contents in the paper includes:(1) Information Security Risk Assessment Model based on Dynamic Bayesian Network was researched and analyzed. The information security risk assessment model was defined, and then study the inference algorithm and parameter learning for the model.(2) Cases studies based on Information Security Risk Assessment Model. A simple LAN of a school computer room as an example, analyses its validation. Results show the validity and rationality of the proposed method.(3) Dynamic Assessment Model contrast analysis with Static Assessment Model. Using marcus scores, the accuracy in the risk assessment is analyzed comparatively. The calculation results show that the accuracy of simulation results of the dynamic assessment model is higher.(4) In order to further ensure model reasoning results more reasonable, we adjust model initial parameter by sample information. The simulation experimental results show that learning model is more in line with the actual.
