With the development of robotics, computer science, computer vision, the application and the practicality of the intelligent robot, which has become the hot topic in today’s world high-tech areas of concern, have been broadly concerned and improved. In recently years, the science exhibits pays more attention to science, fun and participatory. With the smart ro-bot gradually stepped into the daily production and life, the Rubik’s Cube robot has become a research focus. However, it’s great difficulty to achieve a fast stable Rubik’s cube robot r dis-play system, which is composied by computer vision, Bluetooth, robotics, image processing, virtual-reality and cube algorithm. Therefore, it has been strong practical significance and value to carry out the study of Rubik’s cube robot display system.The architecture of Rubik’s cube robot system is researched and designed based on the analysis of functional requirements as well as stability, real-time performance. Firstly, the sample color space library, which is established based on HSV color model by computer vi-sion, is studied to accurately identify the color of Rubik’s cube under different light condition. By this method, the undetected rate and false division is reduced and the real-time and sta-bility of the system is improved. Secondly, the algorithms of CFOP, Corner-First and TM are analyzed and improved. The improved TM algorithm calculates fewer steps and has better stability through the experiment comparison, which enhances the performance of the Rubik’s cube robot. Thirdly, the architecture of LEGO Rubik’s robot is improved aimed at the char-acteristic and the performance requirements, which effectively improve the run efficiency of the robot. Forthly, the interactive technology is studied in order to improve the interactive performance and science exhibition performance of the Rubik’s Cube robot. The three-dimensional virtual cube is designed and carried out, increasing the interest and knowl-edge of the system. Fifthly, multi-communication of Bluetooth and UDP is studied to inte-grate each subsystem into whole system whose performance is improved.Above all, the Rubik’s cube robot exhibit system is implemented based on the system design and study of key technologies. The system is proved that it can adapt to different working environment and work stable and reliable through the experimental results and the effect of temporary exhibitions in the Science and Technology Museum. So, the key tech-nologies solutions is testified to ensure the system to be intelligence and stability.
