| In recent years, with China’s economic development, social mobility is more frequent, resulting in a series of public security problems. The school is a place where a lot of people gather, and its safety management is particularly important. The strict control of person accessing to campus is needed. However, the traditional management approach where there are many loopholes and shortcomings has been unable to meet the needs of school safety management. The need to change this situation is urgent.In this paper, the status of the visitor management of Fujian Economic School conducted an investigation. And comparing to current visitor management systems products, an idea is offered to develop the visitor management system. Based on the collection, collation and analysis of the actual needs of the school, the use of C/S and B/S mixed mode, and Spring MVC+MyBatis framework, and MySQL relational database are determined as a whole to achieve technical solutions. Through system design, function modules design and database design, the ideas is clarified. The whole system is divided into visitor registration terminal and visitor management server to support multiple networking visitor registration terminals. Section of system implementation lists the environment of system development and running. The user interface shows the functionality of the system. The major configuration and implementation source code are given, as well as the test cases to verify system functionality is provided.The system integrates the second generation ID card reader, the module of document scanning and OCR recognition, barcode capturer, video camera, and printers, supplemented by software implementation of VoIP calling function to achieve a convenient visitor registration operation. The system also provides historical data query and statistical functions. The system is safe and stable, and meets the requirements of the school visitor management. |
