The jig beneficiation is one of the important processing methods,the electromagneticdamper is the major equipment of jump Jig control. Stability and reliability of Jig damper decideefficiency of Jig sorting directly. Jigging process is much complicated when ore-dressing. In theproduction procedure, the operators should adjust parameter constantly according to rawmaterials, air pressure, water pressure, the thickness of the jig bed and other factors. It is hard forJigging process to use traditional control method when subjective factors participate in thecontrol process.This text analyze research of jigger air-valve based on related research results both at homeand abroad, then jigger air-valve control in tradition and intelligent are compared. As a result aair-valve control technology based upon misty control algorithm is devised. In this paper, mainresearch contents are as follows:Analyzed the theory of Jigger stratification, and the loose degree is pointed as the mainparameters which affect the jig bed stratification. The height of the level in the jig room aredetected by using the ultrasonic sensors of Pepperl+Fuchs and the proportion ofbuoys.Combined with the calculation expressions of the loose degree, the bed loose degree iscalculated in the software at the moment.The jigger damper fuzzy controller is designed. Deviation of loose degree and the error change rate as the fuzzy controller input. The operator’s experience is introduced into the damper fuzzy controller as a fuzzy rule. The cycle parameters are adjusted by the output of the fuzzy controller, the electromagnetic damper’s control is realized by means of solid-state relay’s output.Whites the jigger damper fuzzy control system program in S7Basic V10.5software, such asthe bed data collection program of damper fuzzy control system, the program of loose degreecalculation, the sampling program of loose degree signal, fuzzy controller polling list program,,and fuzzy controller output program. The KTP600HMI is used to monitor the damper controlsystem online, the Industrial Ethernet is selected as the communication network among PLC, IPCand HMI. in this control system.By experiential testing, the running program of the PLC and the on-line monitoring of theHMI are completed. The results proved the accuracy of the system.
