With the breakthrough and development of the rapidly-change science and technology, Social media and E-commerce are both entering mature development period, Social Commerce that the combination of Social media and E-commerce brings more possible business models. Social Commerce media sites came out like bamboo shoots after a spring rain, behind the preliminary prosperity but also hidden dangers and foam. During the past few years, academic circles mainly focus on the research of SNS propagation characteristics and profit model; study on electronic commerce society is still in the initial stage, so we have huge chance and space to study on it. We will focus on the example analysis and comparison of three types of Social Commerce form, try to show the diversity and diversification of Social media and E-commerce’s integration path, analyze its successful experiences and failure lessons, discuss how to do with organic integration in right way, in order to provide social commerce business models and future trends a more comprehensive and objective rational knowledge, and bring social and business reference values.The first chapter of this paper introduces the reason for why choosing the topic and the significance of the paper, summarize the research related topic at home and abroad, propose research plan, explain the innovation and the creative achievements of this paper.Social media and E-commerce began to set foot on the integration of road is not an accident, but has a profound historical background and integration chance. It is the inevitable result of the changing times and economic development, and this also owe to the two rapidly development in recent years. The second chapter analyses and explains the times opportunity of Social media and E-commerce has began on fusion road. Both two are influence human life more and more profound and brought great changes for the way of information disseminate and human’s living habits.The times opportunity has brought right condition for the combination of Social media and E-commerce, came out a new object named Social Commerce. How does the two carry on organic integration depending on us. The third chapter redefine the concept of Social Commerce, and analyze the three development forms of Social Commerce with the actual case (social media add the characteristics of electronic commerce, electronic commerce add social features, third party social e-commerce website), finally discuss the necessity of social media and e-commerce begin on fusion road from Communication, Marketing and Psychology three aspects.The combination of Social media and E-commerce let us see the future business model. However, everything is not going smoothly, but accompany with tortuous and difficulty, the development of Social Commerce is not an exception. The fourth chapter analyse the difficulties and bottlenecks in the development process of Social Commerce, and provide the solutions and breakthrough ideas, put forward the desirable way of organic integration, such as listening force, shaping the brand personality, complex simple, appropriate to the utilitarian and so on.Social commerce is booming in recent years. It let us see a kind of possible future of Social media and E-commerce, and the organic fusion is an important proposition which need continuous exploration and practice. With the development of mobile terminal fields, Social Commerce is going mobile which has already emerging. The fifth chapter make a summary and prospect for the research on Social media and E-commerce integration path, analyze the trend of mobile Social Commerce, the exploration of020in mobile Internet fields, discuss the possibility of mobile social commerce.In conclusion, this paper put times opportunity which Social media and E-commerce begin to integration as the breakthrough point, study the development form of Social Commerce and the necessity of integration, analyze the difficulties and the bottleneck in its development process, and provide solutions of organic integration, finally forecast the future trend of Social Commerce, in order to bring new ways of thinking for social media practitioners or product marketing. Thus, the better the idea spread out, the better commercial value in return.
