Research On 《wen Jiu Qing Hua》Unearthed In Khara-khoto

The thesis will Comprehensively research on incomplete 《WenJiu Qing Hua》which is collected in Russia.Firstly,it will addendum,study and comparison to 《Wen Jiu Qing Hua》.Thereare50little stories in the incomplete book, collected in Russia.I find another22stories which were in 《Wen Jiu Qing Hua》in 《Lei Shuo》,《Yun Fu Qun Yu》,《Gu Jin Shi Wen Lei Ju》,《Liu Yu》.So,there are72stories.On the basis of them,Istudied to“Yi Zhen”,“Dong Ping”,“Yun Zhou”,and I come to a conclusion:after1119,《Wen Jiu Qing Hua》 was accomplished.Because 《Lei Shuo》 wascompleted in1136and it records much information about 《Wen Jiu Qing Hua》,Ithink it was accomplished before1136.Because many stories come down to ChenYa and the editor respect him a lot,I deduce there is some relationship between theeditor and Chen Ya,even the editor was Chen Ya’s fellow in the same hometown.Atthe same time,the “谓” is replaced by the “为” to17times in the book,and itimplys there is a “谓” in the name of the editor’s elder generation.For recordingmany details in 《Yun Fu Qun Yu》 and 《Liu Yu》,which were completed duringthe Yuan and the Ming periods,《Wen Jiu Qing Hua》 maybe exist in the Yuan andMing dynasty.Secondly,it will study the sources,methods and motives of creation.Accordingto the content in 《Wen Jiu Qing Hua》,it can provide some material for chats.Increation methods,I find some contents recorded in more ancient books in 《Wen JiuQing Hua》.Except a tiny fraction copying the original text,more texts wereamended,including changing one’s name and surname,confusing one thing withanother,cutting the statement,adding content,and so on.Obviously,the editor tried toconceal the source of the stories.In Earlier Song Dynasty,the kind of behavior wasimmoral in literati’s opinion.So I think the editor was a bookseller,and he planed tosell these books to many ordinary citizens rather than literati.Of course,some storieswere collected and arranged by the editor from folk.Thirdly,it will rearch some figure in 《Wen Jiu Qing Hua》.The content of this book reflects broad social life and complex culture.The figure,in 《Wen Jiu QingHua》, is divided into four categories,including literati,bureaucrats,actors,women.Iinvestigate their life and mental state.Fourthly,the thesis will reveal its significance in culture.The book records a lotof anecdotes;it reflects the interaction between popular cultural and elegantculture;it spreads popular culture in Earlier Song to Western Xia kingdom.In a word,thoug 《Wen Jiu Qing Hua》 is only one of many literary sketches, ithas its own unique exceptions and Important cultural significance.
