The successful implementation of MRPII and ERP built a powerful enterprise top-levelmanagement system. The using of High-tech equipment has laid a solid foundation for thebottom-level control system. So, the fault between management system and control systembecome highlight, especially the problem of "Information Island". This kind of problem ismore serious in engine-assembling enterprise. In order to solve those problems, we designedthe development of engine-assembling line manufacturing execution system. In the early90’sthe US Advanced Manufacturing Research Center put forward a three-level business model.That is customer-facing plan level, workshop-facing execution level and equipment-facingcontrol level. The MES (Manufacturing Execution System) is the system based on this modelto solve the problems.Our system based on MES theory and is designed for YuLin Diesel Engine Plant. Thesystem realizes five modules: resources disposition and management, scheduling management,assemble-line craftwork management, quality data management, product track. Thoughrealizes those five modules, we solved the data communication between top-levelmanagement system and bottom-level control system. So that the corporation product andeconomic benefit is improved. The article mainly relates how to realize the system which fitsYuLin Diesel Engine Plant base on MES modules, ASP.NET technology and B/S structure.The article also describes the process of program design, database design and the keytechnology and so on.
