Design And Implementation Of Intelligent Electronic Shelf Based On RFID

This paper introduces a kind of intelligent electronic shelf system based on RFID technology, the purpose is to strengthen the management of the shelves to store items, improving the identification precision of the shelves to store the things location.Electronic shelf contains supporting software and hardware, which is composed of the shelves installation of embedded RF reading module. Embedded shelves have4layers, in each shelf is equipped with a radio frequency spectrum in the read module, the radio frequency reading module and control four RF radio frequency antenna connected to the PC again. The shelf between each layer and adjacent layer is equipped with signal shielding layer made of absorbing material. Software part includes shelf management, inventory management, label, item code, data query, and other functions, can realize the online search, items for the historical record management and query operations such as, can strictly monitor the shelf items online-the item is in the rack, when the shelf can detect when item is removed, and written records. Taking some items can use software to query to the location, narrow the search scope of article, greatly increase the search speed of the item. If a matching network can also remote check inventory information, greatly improving the efficiency of warehouse management.Electronic shelf system can optimize inventory, loading and unloading items, intelligent counting inventory accurate registration, tracking, goods flow, and other functions, the number of real-time grasp the rack items, and can locate precisely the rack items, greatly improve the management efficiency of the rack items, reduce working intensity, warehouse management personnel to improve enterprise inventory resources utilization, avoid waste of lost or idle assets, make the management of goods more intelligent, more automatic and scientific.
