In today’s world, maintenance of maritime rights and interests has become an importantpart of national rights and interests protection, with the improvement of modern "networkcentric warfare" theory and the rapid development of wireless sensor network research, theresearch of underwater acoustic communication network is becoming a new research focus.This paper carry on the development of ARM embedded software and PC terminal displaycontrol software, research the technology of acoustic node data acquisition storage andcross-platform communication, finally on the these basics, the display control platform ofnetwork communication node can be realized.This paper takes OMAP L138as the hardware platform, its unique performance of lowpower consumption, DSP and ARM dual-core processor is fit for underwater communicationnetwork node application requirements. ARM core embedded software is mainly responsiblefor the storage device SD card file storage and management; establishment of acommunication mechanism between ARM and DSP cores to coordinate the timing of eachpart of the work; under the Linux operating system and windows operating system of the hostcomputer via the socket sets pick font establishment of network communications, thetransmission of data and commands.The marine channel collection and storage is an important basis for laying underwateracoustic communication network node, its display and control software to avoid thecumbersome process of disassembly jar, convenient data recovery, SD card management, datawaveform display, control of transmit and acquisition and many other tasks, so usemulti-threaded programming techniques to finish the software. The functions of displaycontrol software in the project of underwater acoustic communication node AUV controlsystem: control of surface nodes and synchronization, including a system self-test; display therelevant envelope and the peak parameter information of surface node; the time course of themain parameters; SD card and real-time data upload and storage; work log displays the saved;display operating parameters and running status of the OMAP signal processing platform;GPS data reception and processing. Due to the large amount of data receiving treatmentbrings the randomness, this paper designs a data buffer technology to solve this problem.Pool experiments and lake experiments show, self-contained data acquisition and storagedevice meet the requirement of experimental design, Cross-platform communication in goodcondition running in a good condition; the embedded cross-platform communication software, display and control software meet the system requirements and the ability to work steadily fora long time; processing results are consistent with the actual situation.
