However, if every employer must develop itsown recruitment management system hardware and software, networking, maintenance,one-time investment will be huge, there is a large degree of increased recruitment costs.Recruitment management system, based on the development of SaaS will greatly reducethe cost of employer-time investment, but also to meet the different needs ofrecruitment.This thesis describes the status of the recruitment management system anddevelopment background, discusses the system design goals, system requirements andsystem functions as a system, a detailed analysis of the data stream, using the UMLmodeling language to describe the detailed recruitment management system softwareengineering research methods design. SaaS software development model used toconstruct multi-tenant SaaS system architecture, and using JSP+Struts+HibernateMVC design pattern to achieve the system, using JavaScript for page validation. Thissystem features include administrators information management, user management,statistics, service configuration; SaaS enterprise information management frameworkfor enterprise members, service ordering, billing services, recruitment services,functions, data, configuration page; individual members registration of personalinformation, resume management, job management, and public functions job search,news browsing.System test results show that the above system can achieve the basic functions of therecruitment management system, and reflects the Saas system function, data, pages canbe configured, system interface, beautiful, generous, easy to use, has a certain systemsecurity.The system improve the efficiency of employment management information, realizethe sharing of resources of talent employment, preliminary implementation of talentbetween the employing units and the exchange of information on the web. |
