Secondly,we design this system reasonably considering the management organization structure、staffing、resent database、network structure and security. At last, in this thesis,wechoose J2EE to be the technology development platform of our system according toexisting resources and staff.When it comes to the design of expense statistics system, in this thesis,we dividedthe system into management system and function system according to the requirement.And this system contains the user management、basic data management、base stationmanagement、the cost of the contract management、monthly expense report and otherfunction management modules. This system use middleware to send text messagesthrough the China mobile MAS system and provide a plan of expense statistic ofPanzhihua branch of China Mobile at last.Through the final test, the system developed in this thesis realized all the targets.System was put into operation, running in good condition, and achieved good economicbenefit and workload of maintenance workers in base station is reduced, improved basestation cost statistics work efficiency, gave examples for guest and other branchenterprises as well.
