With the rapid development of China’s higher education undertaking, SichuanConservatory of Music continuously expands the scale and improves the strength inrecent years. In order to realize the harmonious development of the undertaking andadministrative management, now the college is actively promoting administrativesystem reform. It includes the improving informatization construction of administrativemanagement and the promoting efficiency and level of administrative management.And one of the most essential tasks of administrative management in colleges is tomanage human resources, financial resources and material resources efficiently.Therefore, the research of personnel salary management system is one of the mostimportant components in administrative management reform and financialinformatization. As a financial management staff in the college and master ofengineering in reading, I spare no time to the design and research of the personnel salarymanagement system.This system, a personnel salary management system with network operationfunction, is formed by analyzing, combining with actual situation of the college andefficiently utilizing the two structures of B/S and C/S on the basis of the research tocurrent personnel salary management policy, process and management situation.According to the function, this system can be mainly divided into three modules, systemmanagement, personnel information and salary, covering the whole process of personnelsalary management which includes users’ management, departments and wages’ setting,new personnel information recording, the basic information’s is modification andaudition, allowance standard management, wages recording, comparison and audition,and the query of all kinds of data.This paper introduces the management system’s development process, whose maintechnology is Asp.Net and Delphi, and basis is two structures of B/S and C/S, frommany aspects, such as the system development background, related technology,requirement analysis, overall design, specific function module and system test and so on.It also analyzes and researches the network condition of operation, the configuration ofhardware and software and the implementation of this system. In addition, MicrosoftSQL Server2000, Microsoft visualstudio2010and other related auxiliary tools are still used in the design and implementation in this system.At present, the information management system has almost completed. From theresult of the test to the system, it can virtually meet the requirement in personnel andwages management. In general, it displays characteristics of clear permissionsmanagement, friendly operation interface, convenient data transfer and query, and safeand stable operation and so on. Moreover, this system will be gradually promoted in thewhole college after further testing.
