| The thesis was researched under the guidance of customer relationshipmanagement theory. Based on analyzed the customer management system study inChina, and with the software engineering method, the thesis put forward the design andrealize method of Customer Management System, and realized the CustomerManagement System.The thesis first analyzed the correlation studies at home and abroad, then point atthe study present situation in our country, put forward the research content of thisthesis was design and develop Customer Management System. At the technology side,the thesis used Delphi7.0, software engineering method and SQL server database.Aspects of theory guidance, the thesis analyzed the relation and distinguish betweentradition marketing and modern marketing, and combine the customer managementtheory.The thesis first analyzed the functional requirement about the CustomerManagement System, and then detailed design the system. The Customer ManagementSystem was divided to three modules: member manage, sells, after-sale and service. Toinstruction the system implementation, the thesis introduced the realization of concretefunction about customer and service, member manage, sell and after-sale servicemodules with system pictures, also, the thesis given a part of the code. At last, thethesis introduced the system test method, designed the test case of the system, and testthe system with the unit test, function module test, performance test and systemstability test. The design and realization was combined with the actual demand bycompany, and it also accord with software engineering standard, the system canachieve expect objective.At last, the thesis was talked about the prospects for development of the CustomerManagement System combined with the process of system development. |
