Higher Colleges "Work Integrated Learning" Network Teaching Information Systems Design And Implementation

With the rapid development of the computer science、the network and multimediatechnology，they are widely used in the teaching of higher vocational colleges.Compared with the traditional teaching mode, Network teaching can improve students`ability of acquiescing、 processing、 analyzing、 innovating and communicatinginformation. Meanwhile, it can improve students`information sense and supportstudents`lifelong learning and cooperative learning in order to lay a necessaryfoundation for them to adapt to study、work and life in the information society. TheMinistry of Education of China in2005put forward the teaching mode of work-studycombination. Considering "people-oriented, comprehensive development" as thephilosophy of education, the higher vocational and technical colleges have adopted avariety of forms of education models with the combination of working and studying inorder to improve students`understanding their own professional knowledge. Theteaching models solve a lot of problems such as how students get help and teachingresources from teachers during internship and out of school、 how teachers getinformation about students`internship and how the administrative department which ischarge of the students`internship in the college gets all kinds of information aboutstudents`behavior in the internship unit.In combination with the actual situation in Higher Vocational Colleges，in order tohelp the teachers and students to learn and communicate faster and better, and helpcollege to manage students, this thesis designed the network teaching informationsystem on the basis of the combination of working and studying in vocational andtechnical college. It was based on the network operating system of Windows2003Server、Active Server Page development platform and Microsoft SQL Server2000database. Software development adopted B/S structure which was short form ofBrowser/Server structure. The back process of data management adopted ASP.NETdynamic technology. The network teaching information system under the model of"Combination of working and studying" consisted of the account management subsystem、 teaching resource subsystem、 internship management subsystem、system-administrator subsystem and system-table subsystem.The network teaching information system of higher vocational and technicalcolleges under the model of "combination of working and studying" was completedthrough analyzing the actual practice of Higher Vocational Colleges and making gooduse of ASP.NET Windows2003Server and Microsoft SQL Server2000technology.System adopted computer management so that the user would feel very convenient tooperate, and all that managers needed to do was to put data into the database in thesystem. Students and teachers can use the system resources, and the system has a lot ofadvantages such as fast operation、high safety and good stability. Finally the authorhopes that through this system would popularize and develop in the network teaching incollege under the teaching model of "combination of working and studying".
