With the development of smart device and communication technologies, the applications of smart devices have become a mainstream trend.It makes a new challenge to carrying capacity of EVDO network in signal and business within wide applications of smart devices, and the impact on network takes a greater amount of data traffic and signal traffic. This problem will reduce the network quality and satisfaction of customers, what’s more it may cause network paralysis.This thesis mainly studies the impact of the intelligent storm on CDMA2000network, including data service and the signal processing. In order to weaken the influence of intelligent storm on EVDO network, the paper does the research and analysis on the new business mode. According to the BSC equipment that are mainly used in existing network, its business model is analyzed, and we should put forward the strategies of intelligent storm at the BSC level.Based on the study and the analysis of the BSC business model in the article, this paper will has a further study on the BSC split threshold,finally we can get the reasonable threshold value.The pressure to network from smart phones mainly because the call and paging signaling, and the timing connection by a large number of online users. The network bottleneck becomes the capacity of BHCA surfaces from the bandwidth of media. In fact, parts of the hot regions have a phenomenon that the boards of signaling plane were overloaded, and the load is too high on busy time. With the booming of smart devices and relative businesses, it is necessary to propose a new traffic model, because the network according to the traditional network traffic model cannot cope with the impact of large amounts of information.In addition, this thesis also takes some measures to smart pipeline constructions, and analyzes these test results.
