| With the development of mobile internet services, mobile packet domain data flow increases dramatically. But in the current operating mode of pure pipeline, there is a serious asymmetry between the growth of service income of mobile data and the growth of data traffic which results the increase of data traffic without income increment. Besides the overall inefficiency of data services tariff conditions, the serious imbalance of resource allocation data service also is one of the reasons. Consequently, a higher request to operators in network construction and operation mode is raised. It becomes mainstream choice for operators to promote value traffic of the packet domain network in order to prevent becoming a pure pipeline provider.Based on the optimization of network resources to users, a balance between the growing traffic and cost of operators is made to realize the revenue growth. On the background of business distribution and growth trend of mobile network packet domain traffic, the principle of flow control strategy based on PCC (Policy and Charging Control) architecture is researched. Combining with the present situation of packet domain network of XX Company, the target architecture of PCC is put forward. According to the principle of PCC architecture, the flow control system in the current network deployment scenarios is researched and specific network element deployment is carried out based on the specific network elements of PCC. It makes the network obtain the intelligent service awareness and provides intelligent, differentiated service experience for users. Meanwhile, a linkage between business and network resources is strengthened which improves the efficiency and benefits of network resources of data traffic and promotes the sophisticated operation of data service.Through the research in this paper, the packet domain service traffic analysis and traffic control strategy is formed and the deployment plan of the flow control system is provided which is carried out in pilot areas. It acquires remarkable achievement which helps operators make a further improvement in data business control ability. |
