The Design And Implementation Of The Administrating And Teaching Management System For Adult Education

There are clear differences between adult higher education and regular higher education,among which the most obvious one is that the school for adult higher education can bejoint-running. Because the teaching places of joint school are usually in different areas, itbrings a lot of trouble to the administrating and teaching management in the joint school.Therefore, network is the best way to solve this problem. Through network, we can realizedistance teaching, manage students’ information in different teaching places efficiently andaccurately, and let students learn anytime and anywhere, as well as supervise and evaluate thewhole teaching quality.Based on the in-depth investigation on teaching situation of adults and with theContinuing Education School of Guangdong Medical College as the study background, thispaper designs and implements a administrating and teaching management system which suitsmodern adult education. It is formed by the following10parts: school data management,school roll management, student score management, teaching program, teaching arrangement,teaching resource sharing, online teaching, teaching evaluation, students’ query, and systemmaintenance.Combined with the overall design objectives and design principles of the administratingand teaching management information system of adult education, this thesis first states theimplementation schemes of system structural design, database design, interfacial design,subsystem function design, and so on. The system adopts B/S structure, uses ASP.NETtechnology in the platform of NET Framework, adopts C#(Combined Language) toimplement, and adopts database SQL Server2005. And then the thesis states theimplementation mechanisms of system key technology, such as security control, datainterface, teaching evaluation etc. to strengthen the safety and practicability of the system.Finally, it explains the test, the deployment and the application effect of the system, and thatwe do the overall simulation performance test by using testing software, acquires favorableeffects, and reaches the aim of system design.
