| Industrial boiler as a widely used thermal power equipment plays an important role in industry now. Boiler control system is a complex system, the control effect will directly influence on the energy consumption and boiler quality. Due to the lagged control technology, there still have many boilers unstable running in our country, its fuel availability can’t meet the requirements and discharge over the law. In this condition, it not only restricts the development of enterprises but also aggravate the burden on the environment and resources.Combined with the steam boiler renovation project in Dalian Longhai, it designed a new boiler control system based on PLC in this paper. It chooses Siemens S7-300PLC as the lower controller, cooperate with the variety of various sensors and transmitter to collect and analysis data. A system application program is equipped inside the PLC, which use PID algorithm to adjustment control circuit. Upper computer based on WinCC, it connected to the lower position machine system through MPI network, operator in the control room can real-time observation the boiler system operation state by means of the configuration interface of upper computer, it can also be used for the routine operation of the boiler.After continuous debugging, this steam boiler control system has been put into use. From the operating results, the system has the characteristics of convenience and energy saving, stable operation, etc. Improve the comprehensive efficiency of the boiler system; meet the requirements of factory for automatic production. |
