This thesis researches and puts forward a kind of design scheme of high-precision in-pipeline temperature measurement product which based on STMicroelectronics Company’s high-performance ARM-STM32F10X processor, and manufactures the product and does the test of the product’s performance parameters according to the design scheme.The scheme chooses armoured platinum resistor as temperature sensor, this kind of sensor has the characteristics of high pressure resistance and resistance to corrosion, can adapt to most of the in-pipeline working environment. A research and development of power supply module was designed in the design scheme, it can realize stable jointless switch of AC220V (50Hz) and DC4.5V, and can guarantee the stability of the product’s working. The scheme also includes the application of the FAT file system, the measurement data of temperature can be stored in the microSD card through the file system, it solves the problem of data store for a long time and with a large number of data, at the same time, it also solves the problem of fast data transmission between the product and the computer through the using of microSD as a carrier. The product’s result of temperature measurement displayed by four LED digital tube.According to the design scheme, the measuring precision of the product in theory can achieve0.5‰, the measured accuracy is1‰after the actual production of the product, it’s ahead of the most of the temperature measuring instrument in the market. The product use microSD card as data storage medium, with it’s light and compact and easy to install, and it can store large amounts of data that the temperature data can be stored for up to one year or longer, combining the double-power jointless-switch power supply characteristics, the product is very suitable for the situation of which need long-term automatic acquisition temperature data and then centralized temperature data processing, without artificial real-time operation, is widely used in production and life, has a wide prospect of market.
