| Copper flat wire is an essential material of the motor transformer manufacturing industry. Production of copper flat wire by continuous extrusion equipment is the emergence of new technology in recent years. When our country producte the copper flat wire, the lower the quality of products, the high cost, and also more wasteful of raw materials, at this moment using artificial visually detected, not only the error is large, bur also a waste of human resources, more importantly, gives health harm. Although a significant improvement in the production process had been developed, such as bubbles, scratches, oxide defects still exist in its flour. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out the research on the copper flat wire surface defect recognition method. The system is constituted by two industrial cameras and a computer, cameras respectively acquisite images of the upper and lower sides of the surface of the flat copper wire, and the completion of a variety of image processing through the software part of the computer programming, then achieve the identification of various the purpose of the defect. The main research content and results are as follows:(1) With the surface image of the copper flat wire, combined the various principles of the digital image processing and digital video processing technology, to recognise bubbles, scratches, oxide defects on the surface of the copper flat wire;(2)According to the technical requirements of the copper flat wire surface defects recognition system, design the overall program, as well as hardware and software;(3)Combined with the required image processing and the accuracy of image acquisition, select suitable industrial cameras and varietise of hardware;(4) According to the characteristics of the defects on the surface of the copper flat wire, fand a frame difference method for defect identification algorithm and applicate the Visual C++programming carry out programming, some parts of the code is applied in practice. After several experiments, the above design achieved a certain effect. |
