CTI(Computer Telecommunication Integrated) is a new and active technology ofcomputer and communication. The CTI technology which bring togethercommunication and Internet technology,has been widely applied abroad and hasachieved huge success. At the same time with the rapid development of mobilevalue-added service,it has become a new economic growth strength in China’s mobiletelecom market. Telemarketing system for the mobile value-added business based onCTI technology is replying center that mainly treats with the phone call for mobilevalue-added business from client.The telemarketing system improve office efficiency,reduce business costs, and more effectively improve customer service, consolidatescommunication resources, improve the overall competitiveness of enterprises.The thesis first has a general account of the telemarking and mobile value-addedservice,its development background, solutions and the technological basis of theimplementation of telemarking system. In accordance with the actual the thesis selectthe appropriate system based on actual solutions.Next this thesis describes the process of system analysis and design,including thegeneral design and structure of the system, then the system call, incoming, marketingmanagement, telephone recording and statistical function requirement analysis andmodule design, and discusses the system based on CTI technology integrationapplication of the physical network architecture and solutions.Then according to the system of the database needs analysis, determine thechoice of SQL Server2000as the database of the system, and the data in the11tablestructure in the form of realization, finally by OLE DB, ODBC and BDE three kindsof database access way comparison, final choice of BDE technology to realize thesystem access to the database.Finally this thesis introduces the implenmentation of telemarking system,including the marketing management model of agent business, customizationbusiness,recording model,and target number management; the marketing model of callinghandling and handling of calling result;the statistical reporting model of operator andadministrator;the user rights management model. This thesis end with a brief summany an makes some tentative ideas aboutfurther improving the system.
