Simultaneity, it brings us new research topics and challenges.Particularly, security issue is of primary importance to Mobile Electronic Payment.This paper introduces the current situation, prospect, advantage and weakness ofmobile electronic payment, and takes comprehensive consideration of all aspects ofdevelopment of mobile electronic payment system,Mainly introduces the digitalcopyright technology content, technology and application mode WPKI, and based onWPKI system structure of digital copyright system has a lot of matureapplication.Can easily implement in WAP/GSM/GPRS and other mobile networkenvirnnment of data interaction capabilities.through the study found that the digitalcopyright technology on safety strong support, and that can try to illustrate the digitalcopyright technology in mobile electronic payment in transplantation.Then according to the definition of WPKI,combined with the complexity ofwireless mobile applications currently connect people and wireless networktransmission ability finiteness and the limitations of mobile computing power,putforward a kind of based on WPKI and the wireless digital copyright(WDRM)protection of digital watermarking technology of mobile payment system architecturesolutions.
