| The Internet of Things (IoT) is considered one of the emerging technologies that changes our lifestyle and has been widely applied in the current social life. With the deepening development of China’s agriculture modernization, it is an inevitable trend that the Internet of things will be used in agriculture production. Livestock breeding is an important application area of agriculture internet of things, which refer to use Internet of Things technology to achieve real-time online monitoring and intelligent control, precise feeding, individual behavior monitoring, disease diagnosis and early warning and breeding management. In this paper, from three core aspect of agriculture Internet of things, which are information perception, transmission and information application, researched the selection and arrangement of sensors based on the environmental characteristics of pig house, designed and applied three kind of monitoring and control terminals with different data transmission interface and programming accomplished the livestock information and environment management system. In order to monitoring the odor concentration and distribution around the pig house, a device was designed based on GPS and sensor technology. Main contents of the research can be list as follows:(1) According to existing research results at home and broad, analyzed the main environmental parameters affecting the growth of pigs, chosen sensors for environmental features. Using CFD software to simulate pig environmental system, selected a representative monitoring points to arrange sensors. Developed an odor concentration monitoring device, which was used to track the odor distribution around the pig house.(2) The RS-485bus was adopted to build a barn environment monitoring system. An RS-485interface monitoring terminal was built from several aspects of the design of information collection module, display module, communication interface and control interface. GPRS as a remote data transmission method was used in this system. In order to achieve the intelligent control of piggery environmental, the application software with B/S architecture was developed using VB.NET.(3) In piggery environmental information collection layer, wireless sensor networks based on wireless radio communication technology was researched. The C8051F410+Si4432scheme was designed to build a wireless data transmission module. Wireless data transmission was implemented based on EZMac protocols and EZMacPRO software model which were provided by Silicon Labs.(4) An embedded Web server was designed and implemented, which could be directly accessed through the Internet. The network interface was developed based on ENC28J60Ethernet controller.The research provided a complete solution for the barn environment information collection, transmission and intelligent management. |
