This paper is based on analyzing and learning from domestic and foreign automotive repair industry development status. Combined with the characteristics and service needs of the industry, The solution of visualization automotive repair is proposed for automotive repair businesses, enterprises and customers by using interactive video streaming technology and storage technology, which builds interactive and high quality of automotive repair information service platform. The platform has many functions. Firstly, anywhere users can query various automotive fault solutions by a computer with internet access, equipped with a camera and a microphone. Secondly, the technical problems can be solved together with other online users with real-time video voice communication. Finally, users can confirm automotive failure and develop a reasonable maintance program easily with the help of online auto repair experts. The platform integrates the technical force of the car repare business, and realizes technical resources shared among automotive maintenance enterprises and real-time technical assistance, and improves technical level and work efficiency of the automotive repair business. So, the establishment of platform can enhance the customer satisfaction and improve the overall level of China’s automotive repair industry.The main achievements about this paper are described as follows:(1) The paper proposes communication method based video streaming techenology for the automotive repair industry. The technical exchanges platform is built between the automotive repair industry, businesses and customers, which has higher openness and scalability.(2) The paper analyzes the main business process of the system and achieves system use case package diagram, use case diagram and activity diagram and timing diagram of the core functions based on the UML. The main function structure of the system’divided is presented in the paper.(3) The establishment of the platform will help the relevant government departments realize macro analysis and micro-dynamic monitoring of the development of automotive maintenance industry and develop the related policies and regulations, which can promote the steady and healthy development of the automotive repair business.
