| With the rapid development of industrialization, mechanical vibration monitoring systems are widely used in metallurgy, petrochemical, power, machinery manufacturing and other industries. There are a lot of motors, pumps, fans, compressors, gearboxes and other mechanical equipment in continuous operation. By monitoring these changes require rotating machinery vibration amplitude and frequency, understand the working status of the device, for timely warning of equipment failure and Diagnostic equipment failure by collecting vibration signal.According to user needs and status vibration testing technology, considering the cost and difficulty of development and other factors, I designed based on ADI’s high-speed DSP multi-channel vibration signal analysis system, studied the vibration signal processing methods. The main contents are:(1) Research of the vibration signal analysis system technology development in home and abroad, the hardware implementations of vibration signal acquisition device and design of various functional modules vibration acquisition devices.(2) Focus on the various processing methods of vibration signals, speed integration, spectrum analysis, giaphics, database operations, such as program modules.(3) A joint commissioning of vibration signal analysis system collection devices and analysis software. The results show that the system is designed to meet the needs of users and achieve the desired design goals. Design of vibration signal analysis system has a certain application value. |
