| The linear array CCD video synthesis technology plays an important role in online CCD measuring system,it makes the linear array CCD measuring system has the function of visualization.which has the advantage in measuring object size, location and motion.We selected Altera’s FPGA EP2C5T144C8N as one chip core devices in this system.we seleted TCD1209D for linear array CCD, with correlated double sample(CDS) function of AD9826as AD converter.SAA7121for video encoder. FPGA is responsible for driving linear CCD, AD9826initial configuration and correlated double sampling timing. SAA7121initial configuration and data storage and transfer, controling digital potentiometer to adjust the brightness of the light source. After using con-elated double sampling technique to remove noise in analog signal and AD conversion.digital data is collected by FPGA.then stored in SRAM. Digital data in SRAM and FPGA internal dual-port RAM to realize ping-pong operation in the form of YCrCb4:2:2digital stream to video encoder SAA7121, which will transform CCD data to PAL TV system. Measurement data through485transferred to the PC.This system is divided into hardware and software components, hardware completed designing small and double PCB board to achieve the requirements of portability and economy. Verilog HDL language is used to design the program in Software part.Utilizing Quartus EDA tools and Modelsim to anlaysis&synthesis, front simulation,which will achieve linear CCD’s driver, AD9826configured and correlated double sampling timing, SRAM read and write control,I2C configuration for SAA7121, light feedback regulation control,485communications etc. |
