| Pump control motor system saves more energy comparing with the value control system, while the value one has faster response than the pump one. If we make some simulation and dynamic analysis on the system, find some measures to improve the systems dynamic response, we will get the huge benefit from the cost and maintains, and on the other side, it also can push the improvement on the future industry.The variable frequency motor system has better efficiency because of using the variable frequency method. Then whether the variable frequency method has much better performance than the original one, this issues make the research on this question, hoping it will do some help to the future research.First, transfer function on value control system and pump one are made, and are used by the MATLAB software to simulate and analysis then do the compare. Second, the transfer function on variable frequency motor control quantitative pump system and the variable one are made to do the simulation, to analysis and to compare with former, to observe the performance on these systems, to find the reason to influence the dynamic characteristics. Third, the PID control method and a fuzzy control simulation on the base of it are made to compare the result of fuzzy control with the PID one, and to find the reason; finally, some proposals on the analysis of the compare are made to invent a new type pump, and to supply the theory basis for the future research. |
