| The traditional optical system for geometrical aberration detection usually adopt star point method, hartmann method or edge shadow method, etc.,the measurement results by subjective factors and higher accuracy is not high. To meet the optical system aberration measurement accuracy requirement, and this system in the traditional Hartmann (Hartmann) based on detection method, the introduction of grating ruler displacement sensor with high resolution CCD as measuring devices, the automatic focus and image processing by the computer directly given the measurement results, eliminate the human factors and improve the measuring accuracy, simple operation. Compared with the traditional measuring method and reduce the measurement error, and improve work efficiency.This paper is mainly aimed at the experimental teaching with aberration detection system, the displacement sensor and optical system parts. This paper introduces the displacement sensor based on the aberration of the detection system working principle and system composition, and determine the displacement sensor type, design the parallel light tube lens and CCD imaging lens, this paper discusses aberration test principle and calculation formula, and the test system for the error analysis. It is concluded that the influence of on accuracy, for the whole structure design provides a favorable basis. |
