Evaluation Of Financial Performance In Information Technology Enterprise Based On Data Mining Technology

Enterprises’financial performance is one of the most concerns of many stakeholders, the evaluation results will reflected in the capital markets to a large extent. In capital markets, in particular the analysis of stock market investors could not be completely rational and comprehensive on the annual financial report analysis, and give scientific evaluation on enterprise’s financial performance. According to the theory of behavioral economics, investors is limited rational, and usually use representative inspired decisions, and use the familiar pattern of psychological orientation in the past for financial performance evaluation. A large number of literature have confirmed that accounting information and market are related, and data mining technology also has a lot of applications in performance evaluation.In view of the above, this article uses the data mining technology to analysis the investors’psychology and behavior characteristics. Also we analyze the financial indicators and the decision-making model which are adopted by investors in the analysis of the annual financial statements of information technology industry using the two methods.:C5.0decision tree algorithm and the BP neural network algorithm, and build a decision tree evaluation model and BP neural network evaluation model for investors to evaluate financial performance in information technology enterprise and make scientific investment decision-making to provide aid.
