Research On Diameter Measurement System Of Revolution Solid Based On Scanning Parallel Plate

In the machinery manufacturing industry, parts of the revolution solid make a considerable proportion, and they are widely applied in aerospace, military weapons, vehicles and mechanical equipment, and other fields, and the machining accuracy directly affect the performance of systems. With the rapid development of modern machinery manufacturing industry, the machining precision of revolution solid is increasing day by day. Not only the more and more high requirement to measurement precision of revolving body is brought up, but also the more and more big requirement of measuring range is come up.In order to meet the requirements of modern revolving body diameter measurement, which include high efficiency, high precision and wide range. Based on making further research of commonly used laser scanning measurement methods, the thesis has designed a set of diameter measurement system for solid of revolution based on scanning parallel plate, which has applied laser scanning technology, optical principle, precision machinery, automatic control technology and the signal acquisition and processing technology. Based on determining the total design scheme of measurement system, this paper has discussed the working principle of diameter measurement system, and mainly studied the laser scanning system design, the precision mechanical structure design of overall system, single axis turntable design and photoelectric detection circuit design. Using the parallel plate to acquire scanning parallel beam and expanding the measurement range by the spectroscopic system, which has improved precision of the measurement system, and the purpose of rapidly and accurately measuring diameter of revolving body has been achieved. Finally, the system error sources have been analyzed, which has met the requirement to the technical indicators of measurement system.
