Currently in the city, land resource isvery scarce, the traditional plane type parking lot covers an area of large, high cost, can parkthe vehicle number. Stereo garage to some extent alleviate the current parking, garage speciesexisting kinds, different functions.This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of various stereoscopic garage,combined with current market demand for the garage, selection of stowed stereoscopic garageas the object of study. First introduced the control system of stereo garage, divided into thefield control layer and management layer. The operation principle and the function of thestereo garage in the stepper motor, stepper motor driver, sensor and control core of the maincomponents such as PLC, and the PLC control circuit diagram.In view of stowed stereoscopic garage in use process, existing vehicle access queuingphenomenon, and queuing theory, established the M/M/n queuing model. The queuing modelis converted into the birth death process, launched by birth and death process modelparameters of queuing system, each index and service system for stereo garage obtained.Through the contrast analysis simulation, queueing scheme is the best, so that the social andeconomic benefits to achieve maximum.The new smart parking garage system has two Panasonic and Siemens PLC control core,according to the three-dimensional garage actual operating requirements,namely preparationof the corresponding software program. MCGS configuration software via real-time control and management of the two-dimensional garage,collecting and storing the recorded stereogarage.After experimental tests the system safe flexible control to achieve the desiredpurpose. |
