| With the rising of informationization and braking programming technology, howto connect nicely the hardware and software programming operation togetherbecomes the focus of the present social topics.High voltage dc power supply is aproduct of new area with wide application, strong practicability, and large marketdevelopment space, therefore a set of automation control system and completeoverpressure protection system is indispensable.Traditional high voltage power supplygenerally adopts linear control, this method has low precision and poor stability, andthe safety is not guaranteed. Therefore it is very important to develop a set ofautomatic control circuit and systematic overvoltage protection circuit for highvoltage power supply.This paper designs an intelligent control circuit for the30kv high-voltage directcurrent power supply, and designs two types of over-voltage protection circuitaccording to the characteristics of the30kv high voltage power supply.In the designof the control circuit, a sampling, feedback, voltage regulation closed loop is mainlybuilt with the single chip microcomputer as the core.Two types of over-voltageprotection circuits control the TL494in high voltage circuit and the working state ofthe SCR by tuning the size of the sampling voltage value, and then realize theprotection of the whole high voltage dc power supply.After making sure the design plans of the three circuits, according to therequirement of the high voltage power supply in working parameters, stability, and therequirements of intelligent control and other aspects, this paper develops a kind ofhigh voltage power supply control circuit with the single chip processor as core andtypical circuit as bases.The circuit has STC12C5410AD MCU as the main controlbody, adopts the digital control, and can maintain a high voltage power supply outputstably for a long time30kV/3mA.The two over-voltage protection circuit designs.Pulse oscillation overvoltage protection circuit, when sampling the voltage is greaterthan6v (reference voltage), TL494as, high voltage dc power stop work; SCR-relayovervoltage protection circuit, when sampling the voltage is greater than6v(reference voltage), thyristor breakover, high voltage dc power stop working.The two circuits areverified in the analog circuit experiment, and can work stably for a long time. Finally,Long time experiment testing is done for the three designed circuits accompanied bythe high voltage dc power supply, and the experimental phenomena is consistent withthe simulation sampling experiment results, which is the purpose of this paper. |
