As an information system, education and training system has been more and more highly regarded in each company and enterprise. The efficiency and achievements of course learning is not only related to the professional level of the whole company, but also related to the company’s business ability. Therefore, managers has put forward higher requirements for the education and training system to facilitate the decision-making. It needs not only to limit the course category and the grade which are able to be accepted by the staff, but also to evaluate the learning outcomes of employees synthetically. According to these actual demand, this paper concentrates on the permission allocation of hierarchic roles and the synthesized evaluation of the learning outcomes.As one of classic data mining algorithms, Bayes classification has got great attention from scholars. It has been widely used in every decision field, and was accepted for its classification ability and efficiency. Therefore, researchers hope to make an algorithm model which combines something with the Bayes classification to broaden its practicability, and reduce the influence caused by its disadvantages. Therefore, the fuzzy mathematics which can represents more data types becomes the choice of this paper to combine with Bayes classification.This paper is based on improved requirements of the education and training system, and aims at applying on two aspects including the permission allocation of hierarchic roles and the synthesized evaluation of the learning outcomes. It combines the fuzzy mathematics and the Bayes classification, becoming an algorithm which can broaden the data representation range, facilitate to use the staff information as experience to learn, and predict new samples.This paper mainly completes following aspects:(1) To understand the Bayes classification and the fuzzy mathematics, to collect relevant theory and the research status, to compare and analyze advantages and disadvantages of other classical data mining algorithm, and to seek a breakthrough point of combining with fuzzy mathematics.(2) To analyze requirements and features of the education and training system, to make sure of the target and the meaning, and to realize the application of the Bayes classification on the permission allocation of hierarchic roles.(3) To clear the synthesized_evaluation requirements of the learning outcomes, to analyze the data category, to realize the combination of the fuzzy mathematics and the Bayes classification, and to apply it on the synthesized_evaluation of the learning outcomes.(4) According to the application of the improved algorithm and actual requirements of the system, this paper realizes the whole design and the realization of the education and training system. To write codes, to verify the feasibility, to test and to analyze the algorithm.This paper expounds the research contents in detail, gives the improved algorithm model, and demonstrates the realized system.
