| In this paper, based on China’s current medical phenomenon for the existence ofthe " three long and one short " serious situation, the low efficiency of hospitalservices, every hospital has issued independent card leading to one patient, multiplecards, serious resources wastage; the patient carry a mount of money to see a doctor,the security problem of money theft and cheat can lead to the increased co nflictsbetween doctors and patients. The medical information resources can not beinteractive,data can not be exchanged, resulting in a waste of resources; double checkresulting in the high cost of patient treatment. This paper studies the key technologiesand security model which unify financial IC health card that is applied to the medicalindustry, one medical clinic card solution across medical institutions and regions andintroduces how to realize the concrete case providing theoretical support for t heconstruction of medical card. It will be of great significance to accelerate the modernmedical electronic information construction.Firstly, the article basicly introduces medical clinic card application servicesand then researches the key technology of financial IC card in the medical industryapplication. In accordance with a basic principles of " a multi-application card "," amulti-use card ", Health card I/O framework is proposed by using standardlizedtechnical specifications and multi-file application structure. It resolves the problemsof health and financial applications in one health card and assurance for the datasecurity isolation.Secondly, for the financial IC card health card compatible multi-industry specificapplications needs, in the aspect of the use of safety, transaction security, financialterminal security, network security and other aspects of security, the paper analysesthe security threats and countermeasures, puts forward the corresponding securitymodel in order to ensure one set of security solutions that can be applied to differentenvironments and for future expansion. Focusing on analyzing the online transactionsecurity, the study of a network-based transaction security algorithms is formed.Finally, taking building Shenzhen residents’ health clinic card system as aexample, a detailed introduction is present on the application of the results of thisarticle study. It describes the system hardware and software application frameworkwhich is based on a health card security system, the use of financial IC card standard health I/O framework. The achievements of a health clinic card from a health cardissuing, treatment applications, electronic medical billing and reconciliation of cashand other aspects are available.It is evidently proved that the card application system model in Shenzhen usingof the standard I/O framework and health card security is in line with therequirements of field applications, which provides a strong application support forfinancial IC card applications in the medical industry ’s success and safetymanagement. |
