This paper focuses on the problem of scheduling and monitoring. This paper presents Production monitoring scheme with QR Code.For scheduling flexible manufacturing system, this paper propose a heuristic algorithm guided by the constraint-based scheduling module, and the algorithm is applied to monitoring systems.Finally, for the lack of static scheduling, this paper proposes a real-time monitoring technology combined with intelligent dynamic scheduling ideas.
