The development of video surveillance technology, has experienced from the whole simulationsystem to digital and digital system, and then to the third generation of network、integrated systemevolution. Now, the security video surveillance system is going to be high-definition and intelligentdirection, as an important way of reducing the scene, and effectively preventing and combating crime,networked video surveillance system has been applied to all aspects of security monitoring. At the same time,the general application components, platform of the developingand running,platform of staff and authorization management support, platform of authenticationservice and database system are designed and described in this chapter.The fourth chapter carriedon the detailed design to the system.This chapter is divided into five parts, the first part is about theequipment management,mainly makes detailed design on the establishment of equipment tree andequipment routing inspection.In the second part,Streaming media technology which is used in videoaccess strategy makes detailed design on the Access authority and Priority of users.The third part isabout the video browsing.Video Real-time browsing is divided into Single-channel video browsingand Multi-channel video browsing.Single-channel video browsing aims at all users have the authorityto browse and proceeds with the basic operation. Multi-channel video browsing is for users havemultiple access,and proceeds with basic operation of multi-channel video browsing. At the sametime the system can support playback and download the video content stored in the DVR. The fourthpart is about the big screen strategy, settings and management of large screen display.The fifth partis about checking business records and log management,which is mainly for system administrators toknow the operation of a period well.The fifth chapter presents a simple display on equipmentmanagement, video browsing, large screen strategy management,checking business records and logmanagement,which is come true through this system.
