The Mongolian, which was used so far from the thirteenth centry when it was created, has gradually evolved into a relatively more mature alphabetic writing with rigorously writing rules. Because the existence of the heteronyms and the variants of some words, its shapes was easily confused when it is being typed into the computers, and in order to input more quickly, some words were replaced deliberately by others which have the same shapes. This methods all violate the Mongolian orthography and the rules of using the control-character. The text typed in this way is just suitable for routine office-work and publishment, and can not reach the stander of information processing. At the same time, the results of some researches based on this text are always not accurate. So, this situation is a gigantic obstacle to the developing of Mongolian information processing.It is with great importance to proofread and extract this kind of text, and turn the text into accurate and reliable materials which will be used in information-processing. Manual correction is a time and effort consuming work, and at the same time, to search out the code of every character is impossible, as a result, we choose the auto-proofreading only. This can save much time and labor, and can get relatively accurate text. With the developing of information-processing, a lot of gratifying achievements have been made in the area of Mongolian auto-proofreading theory and application. However, to make this gradually complete so that it become a relatively comprehensive and high-accuracy technique, other ways of new blood are also needed.1-Using the manual-proofreading way seriously to count the faults that made by humans when input the words, count them by category, find out the pattern behind them, and give some theoretical supports and basis to the technique.2-Using the patterns found out in common mistakes to work out the technique that can proofread this kind of text.3-Using critical techniques to actualize the proofreading-method.4-Through severe and compared experiments to check the usability of this technique in solving the faults found by it.The work of this paper makes the Mongolian auto-proofreading more abundant, and provides a useful way on Mongolian auto-proofreading.
