Compared with the previous general community, not only with the traditional intelligence community living functions, provide high-quality, high-quality living space, and the original passive static model into the wisdom of having a home environment for families and external information exchanges remain open, so as to enhance the quality of people’s lives, and even reduce the variety of living costs.This paper, based on the access network technology, softswitch technology and home gateway technology,designed a multi-service intelligence community integration system, which includes residential access networks and home gateway system platform for both platforms. Using the access network platform in the cell-based cell EPON access network technology, voice services, video services, the integration of data services in three business and residential users access through a single fiber. While the voice service implementation, adding softswitch technology, through softswitch technology can achieve the management of voice services within the district and provide the hardware platform for the introduction of multimedia services in the future. After the fiber access cell users in the home interior design of a home gateway system, the system including home gateway device, the two parts of the home gateway management system, home gateway device supports three networks (the Internet, cable networks and telephone network) access, along with the network signal is modulated to a home power line channel function. Home network management system is responsible for the management of household equipmentThis paper work is completed the design and implementation of intelligent multiservice cell fusion system, the work completed has the following three parts:l.The part of the access network in the area to complete the cell-based EPON access network solution design and experiment room to build test platforms.2In the home gateway part of the home gateway hardware design, including DVB gateway module, routing and switching module design and design a power line modem with home gateway. Finally, the experimental system from the means test to prove intelligence community multi-service integration system is feasible.
