In traditional power grid, power customers only could passively accept electric power, who could exercise fewer independent rights and enjoy fewer services. But in the smart grid, customers are considered as one of the important part of power system, to direct them to actively participate in power grid interaction can help enterprises to save energy, reduce consumption and save money, as well as can have a great significance to the security and economic operation of the power grid and the sustainable development of the country. With the rapid development of computer information technology, building a digital and comprehensive information service system become a reality. This topic is aimed at analyzing and optimizing power customers’power consumption characteristics, also guiding them to reasonably use electricity by applying modern information measures, data mining technology and so on. It can not only realize the mutual benefit between power supply enterprises and its customers but also promote the harmonious development of society.The widespread use of subsidiary systems in power system such as Energy metering system and big customer electricity management system supply basic data for research and development of customer power-expenditure information intelligent analysis system. Via using the Web Service interfaces provided by the power supply department, this system can get the raw data immediately and accurately.This paper firstly introduces the framework and function design of system in detail. It covers the system’s overall design concept, function block design and relative applied technologies. This system is a client-oriented network service platform, which uses B/S mode and three layers structure design; it is mainly structured by five function block, uses Visual Studio2010and ASP.NET as the front developing tools, and also applies the mixed programming implementation of C Sharp and Matlab.Secondly, it systematically summarizes the theoretical knowledge which refers to establish the model of customers’power consumption profile analyzing and optimizing. The contents deeply analyze the customers’electric charge ingredient based on the relative electric price system of our country; it finishes the function design such as Electricity metering means selection optimization, Time of Use (TOU) decision analysis, Transformer operation analysis, Reactive power compensation investment cost analysis and three-phase load balance analysis.Thirdly, the article focus on the implementation of customers’typical power consumption profile analysis method. The profile analysis model is proposed, which combines a new clustering evaluation method presented in this thesis and clustering algorithm like k-means,k-medoids, self-organized maps (SOM) and Fuzzy c-means (FCM). It can automatically recognize the profiles in a power supply area.Lastly, paper introduces the software implementation and usage of system, its contents covers the system’s usage flow, interface design and each functional programing implementation, its debugging and running show that this system reaches the expected results and the design requirements.
