Robot technology is the integration with mechanical, electronic science, information science, control engineering, artificial intelligence and other multi-disciplinary high-tech products, has become an important index to measure equipment manufacturing level of a country. Compared with the advanced world level, there are still a certain gap in our country. Palletizing robot as a kind of industrial robots, it has been widely used, following the rapid development of modern manufacturing and logistics industry in our country, even has become the core of the modern production line equipment in some areas,and its performance directly restricts the efficiency of the whole production line. Therefore, this article through to structure analysis of palletizing robot products on the market, established the key to improve the design of the robot mechanical structure, to expect to realize and improve the performance of the machine drive system as the purpose.The ultimate design goal is to develop an economic and practical new type of palletizing robot.First of all,according to the working condition of the basic requirements of robots for stacking and refer to a lot of palletizing robot products, identified this topic to design of palletizing robot to achieve the basic technical parameters to promote some the related work. Mainly aimed at the ontology structure puts forward a new structure design, namely in the spatial layout of the robot USES the oblique guide bearing below form, can play a more reasonable optimization of robot is the key mechanical parts in the process of work force, so as to achieve the goal of improving drive system performance.
