Abstract/Summary:
With the rapid development of Internet technologies, the cost of enterprise informatization is reducing continually.More and more enterprises begin to pay attention to the establishment of informatization. Because the enterprise establishment of informatization is closely related to the sustainable development of enterprises, standardize management, and enhancement of the core competitiveness. In this process, the team work of the enterprise personnel, communication and cooperation can’t be ignored. Especially the countersigning process, whether it is high efficient and robust decision, or the company documents notifications, almost become the enterprise information processing and the innovation center. If we can use the existing network technology, and outline the countersigning process and place it on the network platform for employees in company,which will improve the efficiency of collaborative office staff, and further enhance the degree of informatization office, will also improve the transparency of company policy, and bring the enterprise information management to convenience.This paper is mainly plan to solve the traditional inefficient work mode for communication problem in the countersigning process, we design and implement the countersignature software based on J2EE technology.combining Shanghai Triman Information&Technology Co., Ltd.for the specific application and practice, is of great practical significance. The system mainly includes the onstage and the backstage two major functional modules, we implement the function of creating document, updating the document, reading a list of topics information and other functions on the stage. While the background is for the management of the whole system, including the maintenance of the group. This system adopts multi-layer architecture of J2EE platform.Through the open source J2EE technology; we can establish a flexible and easy developing framework. The system uses the Spring MVC framework to make the display layer and business layer separated, so as to change the system pages interspersed function code defects. At the same time, the Hibernate framework is also introduced to encapsulate the JDBC development of database, so that the operation of the database with object oriented thinking can also reduces the operation of the database code greatly. The Spring framework provides good services for the middle layer, and services for the compatibility, so that this system can lessen the relative independence between layers, and reduces the coupling between the layers.The system is put into use to break the traditional official document circulation pattern,document or instrument announcement will no longer use paper circulated by the office personnel served one by one, but the realization of document reading on the Web. It can minimize the mistakes in the work; meanwhile, it can also reduce the waste of paper, strengthen a postmortem analysis and supervision capacity, improve the level of information of the company, and made contribution to the information construction of enterprises.
