Aiming at the particularity of its production, the ERP system will trigger the start of the order as the production conditions, integration of sample, warehouse, purchasing and production management, etc. In the process of Production, the system will focus on the order management, according to Master Production plan, to forecast the company all Production materials and finished goods quantity and delivery date and other information.In the aspect of system design, the platform is designed in B/S network models. The architecture adopts the model of multi-tier architecture, into the web show layer, the service interface layer, business service layer and data service layer. Using SOA oriented technology, dynamic data interaction of page structured by DWZ rich client framework is adopted to improve the development. According to the regional distribution characteristics of production function, the use of many methods of workflow design has reached to different production function of partial data consistency. The application based on SOA WCF solve technology by using.net technology to complete its function in the business service layer.After passing test, the system development has been completed and delivered to users. Because of the development of ERP based on orders, the system can be matched well with the business of customer and can provides various important information. So the application has got user’s approval.
