The Analysis And Application Of SAP ERP System In Mineral Industry

ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) is based on information technology with a systematic management idea. And it is a decision-making management platform for the enterprisemanagers and staff.And also one of the most important tools in enterprise resource planning and implementation of business process reengineering.The ERP system is the enterprise resource management system integrated with enterprise management theory, business processes, basic data, human and material resources, computer hardware and software in one. The ERP is an advanced enterprise management method, a solution to improve the economic efficiency of enterprises.This dissertation introduces the implementation process of SAP ERP in the mining and smelting enterprises, through the implementation of how to use the methods of ASAP to analysis this problems of management implementation. By construction of a highly integrated system, get rid of the status quo enterprises currently isolated information, get the management goal by integrationed services.And makes the business process syllabify and data source pellucidly of the enterpris.Research and application of ERP system in the mining and smelting industry is still in the exploratory stage. We get the cost accounting of multi-metal management in the mining and smelting industry in this project. And it has been approval by the application that is valueful. The ERP solved the actual problem of the mineral company, and the company have achieved fine management target by ERP.
