With the rapid development of information technology, informational war will eventuallyreplace the traditional mechanized war and become the basic shape of future wars. The SAR/GMTItechnology which is Arising from the military operations for detecting ground moving targetsattracts more and more countries around the world attention. In order to escape radar’s detection onthe ground area covered by jungle, ground targets often use jungle masking methods to hidethemselves. Shadowing environment foliage makes moving target detection process becomescomplicated because of the double foliage attenuation, trunk occlusion and the clutter caused bymoving foliage. Researching SAR/GMTI moving target detection of foliage obscured environmentis very important in military applications.In this thesis, against the technology about SAR/GMTI moving target detection of foliageobscured environment, we build a computer-based simulation software platform by MFCapplication framework. Based on the theoretical analysis, we conducted various simulationexperiments to the core algorithms of functional modules and come true some parts of functions onthe platform combined with GUI designing. The main contents include the following four parts:1. The first part of the chapter confesses the background and significance and introduces theresearch status focusing on moving target detection and SAR echo simulation at the same time.2. The second part of adopting a VS2008compiler environment combining with opencv2.3.1,builds a software framework based on the MVP design patterns combined with MFC andalgorithms library based on the pattern of strategy. The tree control as the core of the user interface(UI) was designed as well.3. The third part introduces SAR radar echo models of the stationary of point target and movingpoint target firstly,and classical RD imaging algorithm as well. Then we put out a scene signalsimulation method of basing on inverse RD algorithm. On this basis, the moving target signal whichis acquired in the time domain simulation superimposes to the scene signal and obtains a signalhaving plurality of moving targets. Finally, the signals simulating method is validated by imagingalgorithm.4. The fourth part describes the principle of dual-channel DPCA technology, and then we usethe method in Doppler domain and the method in complex image domain to test their capability ofClutter suppression.At last, we introduce the degree of completion of the computer simulation software platformstage, and then summarize the results of the paper’s work, point out the difficulties and problems in the research.
