| The fire is among the most common disasters which endanger human lives and properties. Therefore, how to improve the performance of the fire detection system, to realize the early forecast, to report to the police and to prevent it in time is the tasks of alarm system. Most of the traditional fire alarm system use multi-line system connection alarm devices, wiring difficulties in the practical environment, waste wire, waste time and other shortcomings, and the alarm device used a single temperature sensor monitoring the scene environment, and the alarm device tend to the omission and false positives due to some interference factors, so in this paper, using the multi-sensor data acquisition circuit, CAN bus is adopted to improve the data transmission and P-S algorithm of graded warning after data processing, CAN effectively reduce the omission of problem and false positives.The design and realization of fire alarm system was studied based on CAN bus, the article designed a fire alarm system using TMS320F28335chips and CAN Bus, including Slave monitor node and master monitor. The communication of CAN Bus was more reliable, good real-time and high cost performance is widely recognized and used, and that is one of the most influential several bus. Fire Grading Pre-warning System adopts the temperature and humidity, smoke, CO and flame four sensors data information, the scene of the fire to use on the judgment of the fire temperature and humidity, smoke, CO concentration and flame four sensor information parameters, to reduce the rate of false positives of the system.In this paper, the detailed hardware and software designs are introduced. The system used master-slave structure, the master node and slave nodes microcontrollers are adopted TMS320F28335chip system.In order to realize from the collection of node information timely sent to the master node, at the master node and slave nodes are designed with the CAN communication circuit module, by the CAN controller and transceiver TMS320F28335chip built-in SN65HVD230of CAN communication interface. In addition, the master node of the peripheral circuit part also includes the clock circuit function module, SD storage function module, serial communication circuit module, LCD display module, the periphery of the slave nodes in addition to the CAN communication module; alarm module circuit includes a sensor module circuit. From the node temperature and humidity sensor is AM2301acquisition module, smoke and CO sensor respectively using MQ-2and MQ-7type sensor, the flame is R2868type UV sensor. Because of smoke and CO sensor data collected on-site fire simulation values, so from node A/D conversion function module is designed. Based on the risk of fire and fire hazard degree to determine the fire warning level, using a PSO-SVM classification algorithm, a fire early warning can be divided into three levels to make decisions and output, the algorithm to further improve the accuracy of the fire detection systemIn this paper, the real time and reliability of system is analyzed, the simulation results show that can meet the requirement of fire warning, achieve the purpose of design, has higher application value. This system has the characteristics of intelligent and real-time performance, but there are some parts need to be further perfect, so the last of this chapter for the development of fire warning system discussed. |
