Credit Rating System Design Of Agricultural Bank Small And Medium Enterprise Based On J2EE

The credit rating of small and medium-sized enterprise is an important information for financial institution to approve the loan,it’s also an important content and foundation of the social credit system.A justify credit rating to small and medium-sized enterprise improves their financing ability.However,at present stage of credit rating, the existing indicators can’t reflect all the information and risks, we need to deal with large amounts of data and more complicated operation, so it’s easy to make errors and omissions in the rating process.What is more important is that the current credit rating does not form a systematic and modular process.In this case, we need a set of intelligent and automated "enterprise credit rating system",with which we can not only carry out daily rating, analysis the whole situation of the eligible enterprises, but also update the criterion of assessment flexibly with the development of the era and the enterprise standard, making intellectualization actually possible.In this dissertation, according to the specific characteristics of small and medium-sized enterprises, we improve the particularity demand of firms in the process of credit rating,and establish a credit rating system.Based on the requirements of security,openness,stability and highly performance, we gave up the traditional C/S mode, but built the J2EE framework system on the basis of more flexible B/S model.This framework system is based on the technical evaluation consultation system and the demand analysis system, including basic firm information, basic data analysis, financial analysis, credit evaluation, evaluation report,risk management system, and network information query system.At the same time, this system add some hierarchical structure to traditional J2EE model, to make the evaluation system more distinct, and more convenient for operation.This system adopts the "Struts+Hibernate" framework in implementation of credit rating system part, uses the JSP technology that combined with powerful Struts tag library to implement the view layer, realizes the control of the business logic;Hibernate complete the mapping of the objects and relationships, and with the help of database storage technology to realize the application of the J2EE system.Finally, using the case to test the small and medium-sized enterprise credit rating system, and adequately demonstrate test results are good.
