We media is a way to offer and share their real view and their news through thestrengthen of technology and connect to global knowledge system. We media is the latestphase in the development of new media,and it is growing at an alarming rate since the1990s.Now,we media like Micro Blog,Blog,BBS and so on is more and more popular,itsinfluence has penetrated into all spheres of society,has deeply affected the economic,politicsand culture. Today,we media is not only charged with the responsibility for the transmissionof information,but also become an important channel to participate,express and supervise.Tosome extent,public opinion which reflect through we media represent some peoples`willingness and influence of public decision.These influence mainly in defining publicproblems,setting the target,design the plan and monitoring and feedback.We media`s activitiesinfluence the public decision including two aspects:one side,it opens up new channelsbetween government and citizens,raise the level of public decision and enhance the executiveability of public decision.For another,it cause the biased of public decision and reduce thelevel of accuracy and impartiality.These problems can not be ignored.Since we media hasmore and more great influence,making good use of we media,controlling and guiding wemedia become the new question of our society,it need the efforts of we media`susers,traditional media and government.
